As part of our continued growth effort, we have entered into definitive agreements to divest our VoxNet UCaaS, managed security services, and connectivity assets to Telesystem, a nationwide provider of communication, collaboration, infrastructure, and managed security solutions. Concurrently, we are entering into a Joint marketing Alliance Agreement with Convergent Technologies, an innovative IT solution provider and managed service partner for the servicing of our Mitel product set. Helm has long standing and productive relationships with both Telesystem and Convergent and will continue to deepen and strengthen these relationships going forward.
